Selina Tusitali Marsh

From Samoa to South Africa, vandals to Vogue, quiz masters to Queens, grassroots to Gucci, primary schoolers, Pasifika leaders, to First U.S Black Presidents, New Zealand Poet Laureate Selina Tusitala Marsh takes poetry into un-poeted spaces to enrich people and their places. The impact of her work was recognised in the 2019 New Years Honours List when she was appointed as an Officer of the NZ Order of Merit for services to poetry, literature and the Pacific community.
